Sherwood Square – Terms of Service

By accessing or using Sherwood Square, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Overview
Sherwood Square is a digital marketplace that connects customers with independent sellers. Sherwood Square operates the platform. Vendors manage their own products, inventory, pricing, and product related policies. Sherwood Square is not the seller of vendor products.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use Sherwood Square only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to damage, disrupt, or interfere with the platform
- Use the site to commit fraud or other illegal activity
- Copy or misuse any content, design, or functionality
- Interfere with vendor operations, listings, or other users
We may suspend or remove access at any time for misuse.
3. Marketplace Relationship
Sherwood Square provides the technology and customer experience. Vendors provide the products.
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of listings, pricing, inventory, and product quality. Sherwood Square is not the merchant of record for vendor items.
Orders may include items from multiple vendors.
4. Orders and Payments
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and related payment providers.
By placing an order, you confirm that your payment information is valid, you authorize the charge, and you understand we may cancel or refuse an order in our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or other operational reasons.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will issue a refund.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery areas and availability may change. Delivery timing depends on vendor participation, delivery capacity, weather, traffic, and the accuracy of customer provided information.
Sherwood Square is not responsible for delays caused by vendors, carriers, or incorrect customer information, but we will work to resolve issues reasonably.
6. Returns and Refunds
Return eligibility varies by vendor, and some products may be non returnable.
To request a return or refund, email cx@sherwoodsquare.com with your order number, the item(s), and the reason for the request.
Sherwood Square will coordinate with the vendor and provide next steps. If a return is approved, the customer must return the item to the vendor’s physical store location unless otherwise stated. Refunds are processed only after the vendor confirms the item is received and approved under the vendor’s return policy.
7. Product Information
Vendors are responsible for product descriptions, inventory accuracy, pricing, images, and compliance with laws and regulations. Sherwood Square is not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete vendor provided information.
8. Vendor Conduct
Vendors must provide accurate listings and follow applicable laws for their products. Sherwood Square may remove vendors or listings that violate policies, create risk, or harm customers.
9. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, design, and content created by Sherwood Square belong to Sherwood Square LLC. Vendors retain ownership of their own product images, trademarks, and business materials.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use Sherwood Square content without written permission.
10. Privacy
Your use of Sherwood Square is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sherwood Square is not responsible for vendor errors, damaged or defective goods, delivery delays, incorrect listings, or losses caused by third party vendors or carriers.
Your use of the site is at your own risk.
12. Indemnification
You agree to hold Sherwood Square harmless from claims, losses, or damages resulting from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or disputes between you and a vendor.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
