How Delivery Works

Sherwood Square handles most deliveries directly. In some cases, we may partner with trusted local delivery carriers to support demand and ensure reliable service.

All orders are delivered directly to the customer’s provided address.

Delivery Schedule

Sherwood Square currently delivers Thursday through Sunday.

Orders placed by 4:00pm CT will be delivered the following day, provided the following day falls within our Thursday through Sunday delivery schedule.

  • Orders placed by 4:00pm CT on Wednesday are typically delivered Thursday.
  • Orders placed by 4:00pm CT on Thursday are typically delivered Friday.
  • Orders placed by 4:00pm CT on Friday are typically delivered Saturday.
  • Orders placed by 4:00pm CT on Saturday are typically delivered Sunday.
  • Orders placed after 4:00pm CT on Saturday, or on Sunday through Tuesday, will be delivered the following Thursday.

Delivery timing may vary based on vendor preparation time, order volume, product availability, or special circumstances.

Processing Times

Vendors prepare products during the week. Sherwood Square coordinates pickup from vendors ahead of the scheduled delivery window.

If a product requires additional preparation time, this will be noted on the product listing.

Orders from Multiple Vendors

If your order includes items from more than one vendor:

  • We consolidate deliveries whenever possible.
  • Some items may arrive separately if required.
  • You will receive updates as your order is prepared and scheduled.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Sherwood Square is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, and additional delivery attempts may require an additional fee.
